Posting your book review on the web

If you would like to post a review of the books you have read this summer keep the following recommendations in mind.

  • Have a copy of the book with you when you write your review. Know the title and author of the book. If you don’t have a copy of the book with you write down the title, author, and ISBN number.
  • Having the ISBN number allows us to see the book cover. Book covers sell books and are a great way to attract others to read your review. Tell why you enjoyed the book, what about this book made it special to you. Tell us if the story was fiction or non-fiction, and if it is part of a series.
  • Be careful typing your review. Do not leave the caps lock on. It’s OK to misspell some words but be careful and be sure to put the punctuation in (periods, commas, question marks,) people need this to read your review.
  • Keep it short. Try to tell us only enough so that we will want to read the book and never tell the ending.
